42 kilometres long.
Rotterdam territory.
Together, we’re making the port resilient to drug-related crime.
Our port is the largest in Europe, a logistics and industrial hub, the largest gateway to the European market. But also a target for organised crime. That’s why public and private partners work together to keep it safe. We build barriers, dismantle criminal structures, tackle financial flows and strengthen cooperation across Europe and worldwide. That makes not only the port, but also the city and its residents more resilient to crime.

THREE PILLARS OF THE PROGRAM
1. Barriers and Resilience
We prevent people from becoming involved in criminal activity. We strengthen the resilience of businesses, port workers and young people.
2. Tackle and Seize
We trace criminal networks and strip them of their profits. Together with law-enforcement and judicial partners, we make sure corruption never gains a foothold.
3. International Offensive
The fight doesn’t stop at the border. We work with European ports and countries of origin to stop drugs at the source.

Together we stand strong
We don’t stand alone. Nine public and private partners work together within Port Alliance Rotterdam. Each organisation contributes from its own role to a single goal: a safe, honest and resilient port.
